About Steve Piché

A management background.
A hands-on commitment.

As a human resources professional and manager for more than 15 years, I understand the realities of small businesses, work teams and decisions that need to produce concrete results. I brought that experience to my 2026 campaign in Berthier. My involvement in the region continues.

01 — MY APPROACH

Understand before acting.

My background was built in settings where you need to listen, decide, explain and deliver. In human resources and management, the strongest solutions almost always start with understanding what is happening on the ground.

That experience taught me to balance human, operational and financial realities. It shapes a positive, practical political approach focused on results.

03 — REGIONAL INVOLVEMENT

Taking part in
economic and community life.

For ten years, from 2013 to 2023, I was involved with the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie Berthier–D’Autray (CCIBA). I held several roles, including board member, secretary, vice-president and president from 2018 to 2021.

I was also an active voice within the Alliance des chambres de commerce de Lanaudière and a board member representing the region at the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ) from 2017 to 2019.

That experience allowed me to work directly with entrepreneurs and community stakeholders on concrete economic and regional development issues, while deepening my understanding of the different realities within Berthier.

04 — WHY POLITICS

Putting experience
to work for Berthier.

I have seen what works when decisions are made close to the people affected — and what gets complicated when they are not. After my 2026 campaign, I remain committed to accessible politics that responds to the realities of every community in Berthier.
