After the 2026 campaign · Berthier

PCQ candidate in Berthier · 2026 campaign concluded
More than 15 years working with entrepreneurs, workers and small businesses. I want to put that experience to work for the people of Berthier.
01 — WHAT SETS ME APART
My involvement in the region is built on experience, listening and being present in the community. It continues after the campaign.
I live with my family in Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola. Village life, families and travel within Berthier are part of my daily reality.
Ten years of involvement with the CCIBA, including serving as president from 2018 to 2021, along with work with the Alliance des chambres de commerce de Lanaudière.
More than 15 years managing teams and human resources matters in transportation, construction, industry and services.
My approach is simple: listen to the people involved, understand the issue, act carefully and report on results.
02 — WHY I GET INVOLVED
For more than 15 years, I have worked with entrepreneurs, managers and workers. I have seen what works, but also what becomes unnecessarily complicated when decisions are made too far from the people affected.
Today, I want to put that experience to work for the whole region and bring people together beyond political labels around solutions that work.
“Politics should start with understanding real problems — then delivering results.”
03 — MY BACKGROUND
Multi-site HR director. Approximately 260 employees in Québec and Ontario, with responsibility for an HR team.
Human resources and occupational health and safety.
Multi-site HR director. Built the HR function from scratch for an organization of approximately 150 employees.
04 — PRIORITIES FOR BERTHIER
Stand up for farmers, reduce red tape and raise the issues surrounding farm transfers and access to land.
Remove unnecessary obstacles for our businesses, support entrepreneurship and encourage investment here.
Promote vocational training, improve access to skilled trades and take concrete steps to address shortages.
Living far from a major centre should never mean having to accept fewer services.
Give municipalities and regions more flexibility to meet the needs of their communities.
Treat every public dollar with the same care a family or small business applies to its own budget.
Reduce bureaucracy and simplify processes so government can focus more on services and results.
05 — OUR RIDING
From the river to northern Lanaudière, Berthier brings together towns, villages, farmland, businesses, the Atikamekw community of Manawan and vast areas with different needs. An MNA must represent the entire riding — not just the place they live.
Manawan is an integral part of Berthier. I want to build a direct, respectful relationship with the community. Any communication in Atikamekw will be prepared with a qualified person from Manawan to respect the language and its meaning.
06 — AFTER THE CAMPAIGN
I did not win this election, but I’m not putting Berthier’s issues aside. I will keep asking questions, following local issues and speaking up for our region.
