The 2026 campaign has ended. Volunteer and sign reservation forms and voting reminders are closed. The information below also describes data collected during the campaign.

Information collected

The “Become a volunteer” form collects contact information, municipality, availability, types of help offered and any comments a person chooses to submit. This information is used only to contact the person and organize their participation in the campaign.

The sign reservation form collects contact information, the installation address, installation preferences and, where applicable, a comment. This information is used to confirm, plan, install and remove the sign. One reservation per address is accepted, up to a maximum of 80 reservations.

The voting reminder form prepares a text message directly on the person’s device; information is only sent if they then choose to send the message.

Reservation storage

Sign reservations are stored in the website’s database so the campaign team can follow up. An email notification is also sent.

Form submissions

Responses to the volunteer and sign reservation forms are sent to Berthier@conservateur.quebec through the FormSubmit processing service. According to information published by this provider, submissions may be stored for up to 30 days. See the FormSubmit privacy policy ↗.

Facebook content

The News page embeds Éric Duhaime’s Facebook feed. Loading it connects to Facebook, which may receive technical information and use cookies according to its own settings. You can also open the page directly on Facebook.

Direct communications

Information submitted is used to respond to requests, coordinate volunteering, organize sign installation or removal, provide requested voting reminders or arrange election transportation. You can withdraw consent to text messages by replying STOP or ARRÊT.
